STAGE I:    APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

2. Send applicant Primer & Proposal that explains:

  •  Information about the franchise
  •  Company profile and history
  •  Products and services
  •  Franchise terms and conditions
  •  Franchise fee, other fees

3. Applicant will submit:

  •  Accomplished franchise application form
  •  Letter of intent
  •  Location / vicinity map including landmarks
  •  Photo of the site

STAGE II:    SITE EVALUATION

1. Minimum of 15 square meters maximum of 30 square meters
2. Considerable locations:

  • Malls (with supermarket, fastfood, cinema and wide range of tenant mix ad with ample parking)
  • Areas in high pedestrian and vehicular traffic
  • Within Central Business Districts (CBD) and commercial areas

3. Identify the territory radius of the proposed site
4. Survey of proposed site
5. Gather information on headcount, pedestrian, foot and vehicle traffic, etc.
6. Market conditions
7. Inform applicant the result of the evaluation

STAGE III:    INTERVIEW
1. Interview of franchisee by Sunverde Management Officer
2. Discussion the total investment required
3. Determination of applicants qualification

STAGE IV:    APPROVAL OF THE SITE AND FRANCHISEE FOR FINAL
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PRESIDENT

STAGE V:    PAYMENT OF CHARGES
1. Franchise Initial Investment
2. Legal Documentation
3. Rental Deposits and Advances
4. Leasehold Improvement
5. Equipments & Materials
6. Others

STAGE VI:    WHAT SUNVERDE WILL PROVIDE
1. Store concept and design
2. Use of Trade Name and Proprietary Mark

STAGE VII:    CONTRACT SIGNING

1. Meeting with the President
2. Signing of Franchise Agreement
3. Payment of the Full Franchise Fee

STAGE VIII:    PLAN / LAYOUT OF THE OUTLET
1. Blueprints, floor plan, electric plan, etc.
2. Vicinity map within 100 km. Radius
3. Master plan (if within the mall)
4. Mechanical plan (if required)
5. Latest electrical and water bill
6. Telephone line request
7. Signage type and measurement

STAGE IX:    ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION
1. Execution of detailed working plan including technical Specifications
2. Securing of Government agencies permits / local business permits and licenses.
3. Registration at DTI/SEC

STAGE X:    STAFF RECRUITEMENT AND TRAINING
1. Recruiting, evaluation and hiring of applicants for outlet staff and supervisor
2. Orientation and training for the staff and supervisor

STAGE XI:    TURNOVER
1. Ordering of business center equipment, furniture, signage
2. Ordering of initial inventory requirements
3. Taking up insurance policy to cover fire damages, general
public liability, property damage and money security
4. Ordering of initial office supplies, stationers, OR’s
5. Preparation for pre-opening announcements (leaflets,streamers, etc.)
6. Completion of construction and turnover to franchisee
7. Request for other business/company for initial supplies

STAGE XII:    TIMETABLE
1. Application – 1 day
2. Design – 1 week
3. Construction – 2 weeks
4. Training – 10 days

STAGE XIII:    STORE OPENING
1. Soft opening
2. Grand opening and blessing
